Know Me better
Since childhood, I have been deeply fascinated by science. I still remember the countless hours spent watching astrophysics documentaries and the emotion I felt when a long-awaited space mission finally succeeded. My passion for physics truly took shape a few years later, thanks to an extraordinary teacher at my small provincial high school.
He was the first to reveal how seemingly ordinary phenomena can conceal surprising and counter-intuitive aspects. I clearly remember the sense of wonder when, through simple calculations, he demonstrated that objects in a vacuum fall with the same acceleration regardless of their mass, or when he explained how trees transport water to their highest branches through capillarity. Those moments shaped not only my interest in physics, but also the way I approach knowledge: with curiosity and a desire to understand things at their core.
Personality
I tend to be naturally introverted, though I feel comfortable working in small groups and continue to improve in larger ones. What I value most about myself is my curiosity: I constantly ask questions, often venturing beyond my immediate areas of expertise.
I consider myself kind and respectful, even if at times I can be overly meticulous and stubborn. I am also generous, especially when it comes to sharing knowledge. Explaining concepts to others is something I genuinely enjoy, in fact I have realize that teaching is often the best way to deepen my own understanding.
What I Enjoy
Reading is currently my greatest passion. I enjoy both novels and essays across a wide range of topics, with a particular appreciation for science fiction and dystopian literature. The essays I am most drawn to explore psychology and philosophy, though I also make a conscious effort to stay informed about history and to build a foundation in politics and economics.
I had played basketball for several years, and while I no longer compete, I remain physically active through cycling and regular gym training. Recently, I have also developed an interest in model building and woodworking fields in which I am still a beginner.
